Do I need to be fit to start?
Not at all. Many of my clients start from scratch, and some have been in the gym for years. My role is to meet you where you're at and help you build strength, confidence and consistency step by step.
What if I don't have much time?
The program is designed to work around your lifestyle. Sessions are efficient, and nutrition strategies are simple to implement. You don't need hours in the gym or the kitchen, just the right structure and support to get the most out of the time you do have.
Can I still do it if I've got kids, a busy job or other commitments?
Yes! In fact, most of my clients juggle busy lives. That's why we don't chase perfection. I'll help you fit training and nutrition into your real world, so it adds energy and confidence, instead of stress.
I've tried so many diets and programs, how is this different?
Most programs focus on short-term weight loss. The Confidence Method™ blends training, nutrition and mindset so you don't just see results, you actually understand how to maintain them. We focus on performance goals and lifestyle habits that keep you progressing long after a challenge ends.
Do I need to want to run a marathon or compete in HYROX to join?
Not at all. Some clients want to compete (some I convert), others just want to feel fitter, leaner and stronger in everyday life. The program adapts to your vision - whether that's running your first race, or finally feeling confident in your clothes and in the gym.
Will I have to cut out carbs, sugar or my favourite foods?
Absolutely not. I teach you how to fuel your body in a way that supports fat loss and performance, without extreme restriction. All foods fit within a balanced diet so the focus islearning how to eat based on how foods make us feel and what our body needs, including chocolate.
